Off-Season Excellence (January – July)
The foundation of a great season is laid in the winter and spring. We utilize a hybrid approach to ensure our members are ready for the first kickoff.

Rule Study Zoom Sessions: Weekly interactive webinars where we break down the NCAA Rulebook and Editorial Changes. We move beyond just “reading the book” to understanding the philosophy behind the rules.

Video Breakdown: Deep-dive analysis of game film from previous seasons. We study foul vs. no-foul clips, proper positioning, and dead-ball officiating to ensure consistent high-level performance.

In-Person Chapter Meetings: Held periodically throughout the Metro area, these sessions allow for face-to-face networking, mechanics demonstrations, and guest presentations.

In-Season Mastery (August – December)
Training doesn’t stop once the season starts; it intensifies. We provide real-time support to help officials adjust and improve week-over-week.

Weekly Film Review: We analyze “hot plays” from the previous weekend’s games across all divisions (FBS through JUCO). This ensures our chapter remains aligned on current points of emphasis.

Situational Rules Review: Short, focused briefings on rare or complex scenarios (e.g., overtime procedures, swinging gate plays, or unique clock situations) to ensure no official is ever caught off guard.

Peer Mentorship: Junior officials are paired with veteran “White Hats” and deep officials for constant feedback and career guidance.
